Jesus is Calling
(Mark 1:14-20)

I. Jesus’ Message (Mark 1:14-15)
A. The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. (Galatians 4:4)
B. Repent, and believe in the gospel. (Romans 10:9)

II. Jesus’ Call (Mark 1:16-17)
A. Follow me. (Matthew 16:24)
B. I will make you become fishers of men. (Proverbs 11:30; Daniel 12:3; Acts 1:8)

III. Our Proper Response (Luke 1:18-20)
A. Immediate obedience to Jesus’ call. (John 14:15)
B. Leave everything else behind. (Mark 1:19-20)

Are you following Jesus?
Is Jesus making you a fisher of men?
What might God be asking you to leave behind?
