The Power of Unbelief
I. Unbelief hides that which is obvious. (Mark 6:2; Luke 6:28-30; John 5:36; 7:15)
II. Unbelief focuses on the irrelevant. (Mark 6:3a; 1 Corinthians 1:18)
III. Unbelief rejects the messenger. (Mark 6:3b-4; 1 Corinthians 1:23; John 15:18)
IV. Unbelief rejects the supernatural. (Mark 6:5-6; Matthew 12:39)
The Power of Belief
I. Belief embraces the obvious truth about Jesus. (1 Corinthians 15:6; John 20:27-29; Psalm 19:1; Romans 1:20)
II. Belief eliminates the irrelevant and focuses on Jesus. (2 Peter 1:3; Hebrews 12:2)
III. Belief accepts the supernatural power of Jesus. (John 3:2; 5:36; 2 Corinthians 5:17)
IV. Belief receives the Messenger Himself. (John 14:6)
